Method :
Steep Safinter saffron threads in lemon juice. Combine all ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves as a salad, with fish filets as a condiment, or as a topping for steamed mussels in their shells.
Advice :
½ teaspoon Safinter saffron threads
2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 fennel knob, diced
¼ Spanish onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper
