Method :
Powder threads and steep in a quarter cup of heated milk 20 minutes. Beat the eggs, add the flour and the rest of the milk. Heat butter in a heavy skillet and preheat oven to 190ºC. Add threads, sugar, salt, and apple to the batter. Pour batter into hot skillet and place in oven for about 30 minutes. Cut in wedges and sprinkle with cinnamon.

1,75 cups milk (415ml)
2 tablespoons unbleached white flour
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons butter
1 large apple, peeled & sliced thin
