Method :
Combine all the ingredients together. Spoon into serving bowls or stemmed glasses, and decorate with nutmeg and pistachio nuts. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

150ml double cream
2 tablespoons ground almonds
3 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground green cardamom
6-10 saffron strands
Nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped pistachio nuts
